Parent Night out Tips. from teens and parents! please?

Me and my friend are babysitters at our church. Parents trust us and we have been asked about doing a parent's night out.
We were going to do one for our church on Valentine's Night.
Here are the details
it would be from
6 - 11 PM Sat Feb. 14th
Kids would be in 2 rooms of the church. Maybe 3 depending on the crowd.. (we are not expecting many) all rooms would be right next to eachother....
We would provide a 2 slice Pizza dinner with caprisuns...
(goldfish or other for young children.)
QUESTIONS!!!!
1. What should we Charge/ how should we charge?
2. Any other details I forgot?
3. Any tips?

Well you will want to make a profit. I would expand the time until 1 A.M and also there will be parents that are late have a late fee ready and well known. I would say cost will be juice,pizza,goldfish. I hope you know CPR. you just add a reasonable amount on top of cost so you make money. too much and no one will come too little and you make nothing. that is my two cents.
