How to talk your parents into getting a Chihuahua?

Okay I looove Chihuahuas,I know it cost a lot of money but my parents can easily buy one. I kept asking them and they kept saying no, no, and no. Please help me. Is there any tips I can borrow to show my parents that I am very responsible for it?
